DEA
The ROI of Training
How to grasp the actual change in the face of a training path?
DEA (Daily Evaluation App) is the system we have developed in collaboration with university research centers and software houses for skills training. It is based on constant training, periodic measurement, and specific feedback, individuals experience continuous improvement
At the end of each training, the skills and behaviours trained during the program are entered into the database. Measurement is entrusted to the individual and their supervisor, thus promoting both the individual’s accountability and the commitment of the supervisor. Supervisor and Collaborator are then tasked with measuring the learned behaviours in the training within their daily work routine. At the end of a period of about six months, they will be ready to analyse mutual measurements and engage in a structured feedback session.
